About BBA Artist Prize
- Anyone 18+ can apply - all mediums are welcome
- Submit up to 6 artworks - this entitles you to be eligible for the long and shortlist and show your art at our exclusive exhibition in Berlin.
- No restrictions on experience or social / educational background.
Visual excellence, storytelling, conceptual thinking, technical craftsmanship, subject depth, and understanding – these are just a few aspects that our jury of industry professionals will take into consideration. Whether you are a seasoned artist with an existing track-record, a promising talent starting your journey, or simply enthusiastic about art, the BBA Artist Prize 2025 is a great opportunity to show your work.

Previous Winners
Dominik Adamec
In 2024, 1st Prize was awarded to Dominik Adamec from the Czech Republic for his sculptural works.
László Máthé
In 2023, 1st Prize was awarded to László Máthé from Romania. His paintings are focused on psychological subjects as he uses his art as a playground of his subconscious. He is fascinated by human anatomy and by the classic painting representations which are used in almost all of his works.
Katarina Kudelova
In 2022, 1st Prize was awarded to Katarina Kudelova from France for her explosive work which explore questions relating to life and death, destiny, and fragility.
Sven Windszus
In 2021, 1st Prize was awarded to Sven Windszus from Germany for his interactive digital art works that make you question everything.
Ming Lu
In 2020, 1st Prize was awarded to Ming Lu from China for her works which play on the tension between contemporary art and traditional Chinese craftmanship.
Tanmaya Bingham
In 2019, 1st Prize was awarded to Tanmaya Bingham from USA for her work which illustrate how the unfamiliar and other worldy cosmos can converge with the familiar and earthly garden.
