We are searching the globe for the best of the best to be part of our anniversary event. Is one of them you?

BBA Prizes is turning 10. And double digits = double exhibition. We will be taking over the Kühlhaus in Berlin to present 20 artists and 20 photographers from our 2025 Artist Prize and Photography Prize open calls across 3 floors. Enter now to be part of the major exhibition and to be in the running for cash prizes, a solo exhibition + more. Plus, every day we will feature an “Artist of the Day” on our social media stories. Our “Artist of the Week” is then featured on our social media feed and on our website.

Open call to all artists

  • Anyone 18+ can apply - all mediums are welcome

  • Submit up to 6 artworks - this entitles you to be eligible for the long and shortlist and show your art at our exclusive exhibition in Berlin. 

  • No restrictions on experience or social / educational background.

All themes welcome - A jury votes

Visual excellence, storytelling, conceptual thinking, technical craftsmanship, subject depth, and understanding – these are just a few aspects that our jury of industry professionals will take into consideration. Whether you are a seasoned artist with an existing track-record, a promising talent starting your journey, or simply enthusiastic about art, the BBA Artist Prize 2025 is a great opportunity to show your work.

The following information will be requested once you have paid the application fee:

  • Name, address, contact information, website, social media when possible

  • Artist Statement (300 words max.)

  • CV + Exhibitions List / Previous work (performing arts)

  • Artwork information (Title, medium, size, year of creation, edition ) + length of the piece (forperforming arts)

  • 6 artworks (max. 5 jpg or png files of your works, up to 2 MB per file) or URL links of your work. All files must be titled
