Refund policy for BBA Prizes
Delivery of Intangible Products
All products sold on this platform are intangible digital goods. Delivery occurs either:
Automatically: Via instant download or email delivery upon successful payment.
Manually: In the event of a technical delay, we guarantee manual redelivery upon request via email.
Because these products are intangible and delivered digitally, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once the digital stream or download has commenced.
Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing our digital products, you expressly agree and acknowledge that:
- The execution of the contract begins immediately.
- You agree to the terms and conditions of the Open Call or product.
- You waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) once you complete payment and access to the digital content has started.
- As a result, we do not offer refunds based on a change of mind or "buyer's remorse."
Our "Guaranteed Provision" Policy
We operate on the principle that every technical hurdle can be solved. Instead of a refund, we provide:
- Technical Redelivery: If an automatic delivery fails, we will provide the product manually via our support team.
- Troubleshooting: If the product does not function as described, our engineering team will work with you until the issue is resolved or a functional alternative is provided.
- Compatibility Support: We will assist you in ensuring your environment meets the technical requirements for our product.
Defects and Performance (Gewährleistung)
Your statutory rights regarding "Mängelhaftung" (liability for defects) remain unaffected. If the digital product is objectively broken or not as described, and we are unable to "cure" the defect (Nacherfüllung) after a reasonable attempt, you may then be entitled to a price reduction or a refund as per German law.
