Refund

After payment you have 24 hrs. to cancel your booking in writing.
There is no refund possible after that period.

Change of Booking

If you can’t attend an arranged consultation meeting, please give us 12hrs notification so we can arrange a new date.
If you don’t notify us and you don’t attend there will be no refund and no new date given unless you make an additional booking.

Consultation Person

BBA reserves the right to change the Consultation Person within the BBA Team if necessary

If BBA has to cancel an arrange booking we will offer a new date
