One Shot Award Summer Edition 2024
The One Shot Award - Summer edition 2024 takes place at the BBA Gallery.
10 shortlisted photographers will be printed and exhibited within the gallery for the public to see. 50 longlisted from across the world, will have their works displayed on a large digital screen during the exhibition.
The BBA One Shot Award is an international photography competition organised by Berlin-based BBA Gallery, known for promoting emerging artists in lens-based media. It focuses on recognising and celebrating the best single shot from photographers worldwide, emphasising the power of one image to convey a story, emotion, or concept. Unlike other competitions that prioritise portfolios, this award challenges photographers to distill their creative expression into a single, powerful image, offering a platform for emerging talent to gain recognition and visibility in the art world.
